The Parish Priest is to appoint a Finance Committee in accordance with Canon Law, to oversee the Parish finances and advise on expenditures. Our Parish Finance Committee comprises our Parish Priest, Fr. Simon McGurk, Charles de Rohan (Chairman), Peter Hereford (Secretary), Pat Roberts and Patricia Stuart. Joanna Helme does the bookkeeping for the Parish.
The role of the PFC is advisory, with major decisions being referred to the Parish Pastoral Council. A Financial Statement is prepared each year by AD Accounts in Hereford, and a financial report is given by the Chairman at each Annual Parish Meeting.
