St Thomas & St. Bede’s Strawberry Tea will be on Sunday June 23rd. 2.30 – 5.00pm
It will be held on St. Thomas’s Field Weobley as last year.
The success of the day depends on the participation of many parishioners.
1. Help will be needed to set up the Marquees on Friday 21st.If you are willing & able to help please contact Frank McNally on 07909 660160
2.A rota of tea servers during the afternoon is needed, volunteers welcome to do 30 mins.
3.Raffle prizes are needed & can be left at either church any time. A volunteer is needed to sell tickets on the day.
4. Pat & Karen from Kington will be organising the bottle stall again.
Donations of full bottles of any description would be appreciated. These can be left at either church anytime.
5. Donations of cakes will be needed on the day of the event.
