Our Parish BBQ will be held on Sunday 1st September from 12 noon – 3pm in the Parish gardens at Weobley. Tickets are £8 for adults and £4 for children and will be on sale at all Masses from next weekend.
There are lists at the back of both Churches for you to put your name down if you can volunteer to provide side dishes (all meat is provided) or desserts.
On Friday 30th, both marquees will need to be put up. A number of the volunteers who usually help will be away, so we really do need parishioners to volunteer to help Frank McNally. If you can help, please email Frank at frankryehill@gmail.com
If you can help to set up tables, crockery, cutlery, etc., outside on the Sunday morning, it would also be appreciated and help to clear away is always very welcome.
