The Kington Community Shop has been booked for our Annual Parish Fundraising Event from Wednesday 14th February – Tuesday 20th February. A rota will be available at both Churches over the next few weekends and we hope that you will consider signing up to do a stint at the shop to help our Parish – 9.30am -1pm or 1pm – 4.30pm on any of the days. However, we will need as many volunteers as possible to set up on the evening of Tuesday 13th February at 5.30pm, and to clear down on Tuesday 20th February at 12 noon. (If you are not sure of what this entails, please either talk to me at Weobley or Pat Roberts in Kington).
We will need raffle prizes and good items to fill the shop – anything and everything you have that you no longer need, that is in good condition. If you have items to donate that are too large to fit in the shop, please take a picture and we can put it in the window. All items can be left at our Churches from this weekend.
